Introducing the amazing Lemonade Fitting from US 3D! We took the traditional push-to-connect fittings, what we call lemons, and sweetened them up to make Lemonade.

This revolutionary new fitting comes in three pieces: the main body, a free inner core, which threads tightly onto the Bowden tube to stop backlash, and an outer nut to tie it all together. The inner core of the fitting will never come loose or lose teeth like traditional push-to-connect fittings.

The inner core threads into place by cutting a spiral of small grooves into the outer surface of the tubing. The threads of the inner core fit very tightly into the grooves so that no glue is required. The fitting can be re-used even if you replace the tubing.

This is the last fitting you will ever need to buy. Comes in a set of 2 (6 pieces) with your choice of either M10-M10 or M6-M10 threadings. Fittings are 100% brass. Machined in Fort Wayne IN. Includes STL downloads to print your own skins in any color you want, as well as a printable tool to ease installation.
