Sometimes you need to guide your filament from the spool to a printer on the other end of the room. You want to keep out moisture and dust, utilize the same fittings you already have to secure the ends, and you don't want Bowden tubing because its small internal diameter will cause more friction over these extreme lengths. You need a Filament Guide, also known as a Reverse Bowden.
A Bowden tube is a tube from the extruder to the hotend. A Reverse Bowden, on the other hand, goes from the spool to the extruder. Oftentimes pros will keep their filament in a "Dry Box" (which can be anything from a simple tupperware container to a food dehydrator.) and run a Filament Guide or Reverse Bowden from the Dry Box to the printer.
Translucent PTFE tubing allows you to see if the filament breaks inside, etc.
3mm Inner Diameter (ID)
4mm Outer Diameter (OD) Compatible with standard Bowden fittings
Available in 2, 4, and 8 meter lengths

Our users first requested this several years ago but we didn't have it in the hands of our beta testers until mid-covid, and now in 2022 we are finally releasing it to the eager public! It is made from the same translucent pure virgin PTFE as our TL Bowden tubing, but due to the larger 3.0mm internal diameter it requires less material so we are able to offer it to you at a much lower price. We offer 2, 4, and 8 meter lengths. As with our other tubing, we always try to ship orders in one piece when possible, so for example if you order an 8m and a 2m we will ship you a single 10m piece.
